As a Production Manager, I oversaw the logistical functionality of all audiovisual productions, contacting and maintaining communication with all vendors and suppliers, budget management, scheduling, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows, utilizing agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Notion to enhance efficiency and meet project deadlines.. Under this same role, I also held all independent clients of the agency, developing the creative strategy and core concept of their projects according to their needs, and making sure this visual identity is represented in the final product.
